The LAHP Agriculture 102 course teaches the foundations of agriculture. It is taught in coordination with The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension’s sustainable livestock and agriculture specialists.
While our other programs focus on boots-on-the-ground experience, Ag 102 provides the essential “why” behind the “how.” Specifically created for the military community transitioning to civilian life, this fully online course covers the broad spectrum of modern sustainable agriculture, from soil health to business planning.
The Certification: This is a fully online, self-paced, 45-hour curriculum. Participants who complete all modules within the 12-week period receive an official Certificate of Completion from The University of Arizona, a valuable credential for securing loans, grants, or employment in the sector.
