Will is originally from Richmond, Virgina and St. Louis, Missouri. Currently assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, he has spent most of his active duty service on the East Coast. The exceptions are his time as a Drill Instructor at Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, California and as Engineer Chief, Seventh Marines Regiment in Twentynine Palms.

At Second Supply Battalion, Will founded and operationalized BK Lawn & Landscape in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Under his careful leadership and exceptional work ethic, the business has grown steadily and continues to flourish.

Will has advised the founding team at Land At Home prior to its official founding, helping shape outreach objectives and sharing tools used by the Marine Corps to ensure safety in hot, arid environments. He continues to lend his unique perspectives, hard-earned experience, and motivational guidance in ways that only a Marine Corps Drill Instructor could.
